دعوة للفرق والفنانين من داخل وخارج العراق للمشاركة في ملتقى بابل الدولي لفنون الشارع _العراق _بابل / الدورة الرابعة 2024
يسر (ملتقى بابل الدولي لفنون الشارع/الدورة الثالثة 2024) برئاسة د.عامر صباح المرزوك وإدارة د. بشار عليوي ، أن يُعلن عن إطلاق دورته الرابعة لعام 2024 , ويهدف المُلتقى الى الاحتفاء بتجارب فنون الشارع وعروض مسرح الشارع من داخل وخارج العراق, وتقديمها ضمن فعاليات المُلتقى بوصفهِ الأول من نوعهِ في العراق الذي يهتم بتلكَ التجارب .
سيتضمن المُلتقى فضلاً عن عروضهِ, اقامة ندوة فكرية تتضمن استعراض تجارب شخصية رائدة في مجال فنون ومسرح الشارع في عدد من البُلدان, واقامة ورشة تدريبية, وتوقيع كُتب متخصصة عن فنون ومسرح الشارع .
نوجه الدعوة للجميع للمُشاركة في فعاليات المُتلقى ضمن الشروط التالية :
• يستقبل الملتقى عروض مسرح الشارع وفنون الشارع المُختلفة (عروض الدمى / العروض الأدائية الجسدية/ العروض الفرجوية التراثية ذات الطابع الشعبي ) , وعروض المُلتقى لا تخضع للتسابق .
• تتحمل ادارة المهرجان تكاليف الإقامة الداخلية الكاملة (السكن /الاعاشة/ النقل الداخلي فقط/ الفيزا "سمة الدخول الى الاراضي العراقية) لعدد (4) أربعة أفراد لكل عرض كحد أقصى .
• أن تقدم الفرقة أو الفنان الراغب بالمُشاركة, ملفاً كاملاً يتضمن طبيعة العرض وشروحات كاملة وصور مُرفقة , وكذلك المتطلبات التقنية له وعنوان المراسة Email ورقم موبايل مدير الفرقة .
• تتحمل الفرقة والفنان, تكاليف شحن الديكور الخاص بالعرض الى العراق .
• أن يكون العرض مُخصص لتقديمهِ في الفضاءات المفتوحة والمجال العمومي .
• يحق لإدارة المُلتقى رفض مُشاركة أي عرض لا يتناسب وطبيعتهِ المُخصصة لتقديم العروض في الفضاءات المفتوحة والمجال العمومي .
• يُرسل ملف طلب المُشاركة متضمناً صور لجوازات سفر أعضاء الفريق المُشارك الى إدارة المُلتقى في موعد أقصاه 20/12/2023 وعلى الايميل التالي :

• تبلغ الفرق التي يقع عليها الاختيار, في بداية شهر كانون الثاني /يناير 2024؟من خلال ارسال دعوات رسمية لها .

The International Babylon Street Arts Forum _ Iraq _ Babylon
The 4th edition, March 2024
Invitation to teams and artists from inside and outside Iraq to participate in the International Babylon Street Arts Forum _ Iraq _ Babylon / 4th edition 2024.
The International Babylon Street Arts Forum, led by Dr. Amer Sabah Al-Marzouk and managed by Dr. Bashar Aliwi, is pleased to announce the launch of its fourth edition for the year 2024. The forum aims to celebrate street arts experiences and street theater performances from inside and outside Iraq, presenting them as the first of its kind in Iraq that focuses on such experiences.
In addition to its performances, the forum will include an intellectual seminar showcasing pioneering personal experiences in the field of street arts and theater from various countries. There will also be a training workshop and the signing of specialized books on street arts and theater.
We invite everyone to participate in the forum's activities under the following conditions:
• The forum accepts various street theater and street arts performances (puppet shows / physical performance shows / traditional heritage clown shows), and forum performances are not subject to competition.
• The festival management covers the full internal accommodation costs (housing / meals / internal transport only / visa "entry permit to Iraqi territory") for a maximum of (4) four individuals per show.
• The participating team or artist must submit a complete file including the nature of the performance, detailed explanations, attached photos, technical requirements, and the contact details (email and mobile number) of the team manager.
• The team and artist are responsible for the shipping costs of the show's set to Iraq.
• The performance should be designed for presentation in open spaces and public areas.
• The forum management has the right to reject the participation of any show that does not fit its nature intended for presentation in open spaces and public areas.
• The participation request file, including photos of the passports of the participating team members, should be sent to the forum management by December 20, 2023, to the following email address: Bhbhbh12@gmail.com
• The selected teams will be notified in early January 2024 by receiving official invitations.
